If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and request a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a return and refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

- The product must not be used, damaged, or altered.

- Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
4. Return Process
4.1 Requesting a Return

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product as per our return process and place a new order. The new order will be processed separately.
