2.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays. Processing time is dependant on the item ordered. Custom order will require longer processing.
2.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please check your email for updates on the status of your shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the delivery location. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders may vary and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5.2 P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may vary for these addresses.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
